Reminder Email: There's no email being sent to the recipients

    We have many forms that are sent out as automatic reminders, but for some reason they are not being received by the recipients.

    Is there a way to fix this issue without having me have to cancel each one, and create a new one?

    Hi iCater,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form that you provided and can see here that the first email reminder is about to be sent on June 25th which is 1 week from when a form submission was made (June 18). Check the screenshot below:

    Keep in mind that the reminder email will be sent exactly 1 week from the time the submission was made.

    Yes - these all do show when they will next be sent out, but they were not received this week as they were scheduled. I also did a "test" schedule for yesterday and set it to receive in an hour, and nothing came in.

    Hi Jack,

    I tested your form by setting up a reminder email and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developers again. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.

    Hello - Just wondering where we stand with this? We have been receiving many calls from our customers saying that they have not received their weekly forms. We have been copying the link and sending them out, but since each one goes out on various days, we are finding that we have to look at each form to see when it was scheduled.
