Hello umbaworshiparts,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm not sure if I understand your concern. Are you having trouble downloading your uploaded files? I checked on our end and I can see that they are showing normally. Can you please describe the error or take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

When a person submits a form, I have another person receiving the email of the form as well. When they try to retrieve the uploaded documents from the form and error code shows. From my devices, I am able to see the forms just fine, but I need the person that is receiving the email form to be able to retrieve all information, including uploaded documents as well. When we initially tested everything, it was fine but now this error is showing up on their end. Please advise.

Hi umbaworshiparts,
Are you referring to the 404 error, as shown in the screenshot below?
If yes, this is because the Require Login to View Uploaded Files feature is enabled in your account. You can either disable the said feature, or have the person log in to his Jotform account in order to access the uploaded files. If you prefer the first option, here's how to do that:
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Select Security from the menu on the left.
- Uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
