credit card detail option is locked for the name of the cardholder

    The credit card section of our published form is not allowing our customers to type their name which in turn is not allowing the submission of the form and credit card payment. What do we need to do? We need to get this fixed asap.

    Hi ScotDance,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form #232956029807161 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Thank you. We are able to submit the credit card details but not the First Name and Last Name. Were you able to add those fields because we are not. We just don't want our customers to think they can't submit their cc details because they are unable to type their first and last names.

    Hi ScotDance,

    I directly tested your form, and I was able to replicate the issue. For some reason, the Name field can't be clicked on. Check out my screencast below:

    credit card detail option is locked for the name of the cardholder Image 1 Screenshot 30 To further troubleshoot this, can you reconnect your Stripe account? Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, select the Payment Field and click on the wand icon.
    2. Click on the arrow down icon on the left panel, and select Reconnect.
