Option to add a Spin-the-wheel element

I have another question. I want to offer a sort of spin-the-wheel. Is there any way to do that with Jotform? I have a list of prizes, and I'd like my customers to be able to spin to win one of them after they answer the questions in the survey.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. We don't have a widget or form element that allows users to spin a wheel. However, we have the Iframe Embed widget that allows you to embed an HTML page inside the form. You can use a third-party website for your spin-the-wheel and embed it to the form. Let me show you how to add the widget:

1. In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
2. Search for Iframe Embed and drag it to your form.
3. Click on the Wand attached to the widget.
4. Paste your Iframe URL.
5. Click on Update Widget.
