Hi there!
I have attached a snippet of the window where my inventory needs to be counted down after each purchase. The widget is set to NOT hide availability. I did have two people purchase, but the items was still counted as the original setting. I ended up going in and manually remove two items.
Am I missing something?

Hi Manuela,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Inventory widget's slot availability should automatically update when a submission is received. I also cloned the form and tested it but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you test the widget again to confirm if the slot will still not update? If the issue persists, I suggest that you hide the existing Inventory widget and just add a new one.
