Porque fui banido

Bom! Gostaria de saber por qual motivo minha conta foi banida sendo que não lembro e não violei nem os direito do jogo, se for por conta de denúncia muitos jogadores denúncia quando agente pega a carta de demetador as vezes minha Internet cai quando eu retornei a jogo tinha descontado 4 pontos injustamente.

Bom dia fui banido injustamente por eu não violei as regras do jogo sendo que em partidas vários jogadores denúncia a gente só por sacanagem principalmente quando pegamos a carta de demetador ou quando a Internet cai e o jogador fica ausente quero minha conta de volta pois eu tenho certeza que dá minha parte não violei.
