Good day,
We use jotform for submissions exclusively in our company.
This user 1978185296@qq.com, is now endlessly posting submissions on the following form:
https://form.jotform.com/211316533227548
Could you assist in blocking this as its causing havoc in keeping track with actual submissions.

Hi EconoFoods,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we currently have no feature to directly block a specific email from submitting your form; however, as a workaround, you can create a condition to prevent a specific email from submitting the form. If one enters an email address that you don't want, you can hide the Submit button to prevent submitting. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Select Show/Hide Field from the options.
- Set the condition just like what you see in the screenshot below:
- Finally, click on Save.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
