I'm unable to update credit card information.

    I have been experiencing problems when trying to add another payment method so i can pay my unpaid balance. I do not understand why jotforms seems to be having problems with the bank data I am inputting when all data is correct.


    Unfortunately this is not a bank issue because we are receiving the OTP from our local bank.


    How will we pay our dues when we cannot even add a new payment method into your system. this is very inconvenient. Appreciate your immediate action and resolution please.

    Hi pinkieg, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.

    2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

    3. Next, go to the Billing tab.

    4. Click on Change Credit Card.

    5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.

    6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. If you're still having issues, can you try to clear your browser cache?

    Hello.  This is not the problem.  We are able to navigate ourselves to access the location of where we are to update our payment method.  MY PROBLEM IS JOTFORMS IS NOT ACCEPTING OUR ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHOD.

    AFTER WE GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF INPUTTING OUR NEW BANK DETAILS, YOUR SYSTEM NO LONGER ACCEPTS THE BANK DETAILS AND INFORMS US THAT TEHRE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PAYMENT METHOD!  WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WHEN WE ARE JUST INPUTTING THE PREVIOUS PAYMENT METHOD WE WERE USING.  I NEED THIS FIXED AS I CANNOT LOSE MY FORMS PLEASE.

    I checked your account and it appears that you've successfully paid for the subscription today. You had an issue earlier because there were not enough funds to pay the subscription.
