How to create a form similar to a website form?

    Hi,

I've just found jotform and it looks good. I'd like to replicate the functionality of the quote form on this page (https://www.terratag.com.au/shop/p/test-terra-tag) to include the questions which calculates the price, and gives the options at the bottom to purchase/email quote to the submitter/message us.

Can this be set up with Jotform? The layout doesn't need to look the same as the example I've given, just wondering if the functionality can be done.

If all that can be done, any tips on set up would be appreciated. I can then do some testing.

    Thanks.

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked this link that you have, and I believe you were referring to this form:

Yes, you may create a form that uses a button like that by using the Button Radios Widget. You can check out this demo form to see how it works. And as for the style, you may add CSS codes to customize it.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
