How to Collect Credit Card Information on the Form?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect Credit Card Information as it is against Jotform's Terms of Use. Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms no matter what the reason is.

However, we do have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. You can use one of our Payment Processor Integrations and integrate them into your forms then use the "Payment Authorization" feature.

Using this feature will allow you to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date. But you still can't directly collect credit card details. You can check out this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
