Is it possible to create 2 account using the same name?

Hi ... I work for a school and run my own marketing business. I am wanting to run two separate accounts and have created one for my school and one for my business. Is this ok to do and have my name linked to two accounts? The email is different for each account. I look forward to hearing from you.
