Hi Jotform,
I constantly encounter issues uploading my CVS files for multiple email users. I have followed the instructions on the link: https://www.jotform.com/blog/survey-follow-up-email/ downloaded the CVS template provided by the site and an error message popped up that my CVS file has an error.
It can capture the multiple @example emails in the dummy template downloaded. But when I replace all the fake emails with actual emails, the file is not recognised.Please let me know directly if it is an issue that can or cannot be resolved as I do not wish to spend most of my time figuring out the functions of Jotform.

I've cloned your form and tested it but I was not able to replicate the issue. Check out the screenshot of my results:
When you edit the sample file can you please save it as a separate CSV file and then try it again? Meanwhile, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your form.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi EON_Consulting,
Please upload your file on Google Drive and share the public link with us, or use this demo form. In the meantime, I've tested uploading a test CSV file and the email addresses in it were successfully uploaded as recipients on my form.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi,
Can you attempt to delete all the recipient in the sample folder and just indicate my email : andy_koh@eon.com.sg to see if you face the error like me. Just my email and nothing else.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties uploading a CSV file to mass send emails. I tried it on my end, and it was working properly. Please have a look at the following screencast.
