Dear Jotform Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance as I cannot locate the Smart Embed option in my Jotform account. This feature is essential for my projects, and its absence is quite puzzling.
Additionally,
I am experiencing challenges with embedding Jotform surveys into my Unbounce landing pages. The main issue involves the survey dynamically adjusting its height, which unfortunately does not sync with the section height adjustments on the Unbounce platform. This misalignment results in critical components, such as the submit button, hidden from view. This problem significantly impacts my lead capture efforts, which is particularly crucial as I run concurrent Google Ads campaigns.Could you please guide me on enabling the Smart Embed option in my account? Also, any assistance or tips on resolving the embedding issues with Unbounce would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ayush,
Enabling the Smart Embed option in your Jotform account is easy. We just need to follow a few steps to see the Inline Embed settings. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- First, we need to make sure your form is in Card format and not Classic. To know that, in Form Builder, click on the Form Designer Brush in the top right corner.
- Select the Layout Tab.
- Click on the Card Form option.
Now, you'll need to embed your form into your web page.
- In the Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
- Select Embed on the left.
- Copy the provided code and add it to your website.
You can also choose other embed codes (i.e., source code, iframe, etc.) according to your needs. After embedding your card form into a website, you will see a blue Pencil icon at the top-left of your form. Click on it to open the Inline Embed settings.
- Select Options tab.
- Enable Smart Embed.
- Click on Save.
Now the Smart Embed feature will be available for you. Let me show you how you can turn it on.
- In the Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
- Select Embed on the left.
- Turn on Smart Embed.
And that's it. The Smart Embed feature is now enabled in your form.

I don't see any blue Pencil icon at the top-left of my form. I am on the free account, but I think that cannot be a reason for this issue. Pls, tell me how I can get this option, as it will make it easier to customize my landing page in Unbounce.

Hi Ayush,
To see the blue pencil icon on the form, you will need to remain signed in your Jotform account in the same browser. Please try to log in to your Jotfomr account in a separate browser tab and access the embedded form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
