Some text fields appear differently

Im wondering why some text fields appear differently than others. See screenshot attached to see that the padding/indent is different while I think that the settings are the same. Can you help with this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Here's what I see on my end when I checked your form:

The indent of the fields are not the same, because you're using different fields. You can try to manually adjust the indent on Form Designer. Or create your own Custom CSS code to adjust the indent or width of each field, then inject them to the field.
