Hello I have created several forms from a new hire to fill out on Jot For, is there a dashboard or something they can login to to fill everything out and keep track of their progress?

Or must you email them each and every individual form?

Actually I found a way through JotForm Apps.

My next question is on Jot Form apps can you have Smart PDF Forms on their? (Not currently sowing up when I click on forms)

    Hi Tristin_Wurzbach,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you cannot create a multistep form that tracks progress for each step. As a workaround, you can embed multiple forms into a single master form using the iframe embed feature. This lets you combine several forms into one, but the progress of individual form fields will not be displayed in the main form, and each form will operate independently. Here's how to do it:

First, we need to create the master form. Here's how to do it:

    1. On the My Forms page, click on the Create Form button.Hep with onboarding process Image 1 Screenshot 100
    2. Click on the Start From Scratch option.Hep with onboarding process Image 2 Screenshot 111
    3. Click on the Classic Form option.Hep with onboarding process Image 3 Screenshot 122
    4. You now have your master form. Hep with onboarding process Image 4 Screenshot 133

Next, we need to get the iframe code of your other forms for you to insert it to your master form. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Go to the Embed tab on the left, then select iframe.Hep with onboarding process Image 5 Screenshot 144
    3. Click on the Copy Code button to paste it to your Master form. Hep with onboarding process Image 6 Screenshot 155

Lastly, we need to embed the iframe code to your master form. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Build tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. In the Form Elements window, drag the paragraph element to your form.
    3. Click on the Pen Icon to Edit the Paragraph Element. Hep with onboarding process Image 7 Screenshot 166
    4. Click on the Source Code button.
    5. Paste the iframe code then click on the Ok button.
    6. Click on the Check icon to save the changes. Hep with onboarding process Image 8 Screenshot 177

Repeat the steps above until you completely inserted all the forms in the master form.

    Here's the sample output:
