Customizing Configurable List widget entries in Notification Email

Hi -

I am creating a form for a veterinarian. I'm going to use the "Configurable List" option to allow people to "add more" if they have more than one pet. So they can add: Pet Number 1, Pet Number 2, etc.

However, it's important that I can customize the email output of the form. The Veterinarian needs the output in a nice looking table, and also as plain text at the bottom of the email so they can copy/paste it into the client's chart.

Will I be able to customize the "configurable list" in the email? Will all the "repeats" show up?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can customize the Notification Email to add plain text and make it look nice. However, the output of the Configurable List widget in the email can't be customized but all data entered on the Configurable List widget will be visible in the email notification.
