Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. When I checked out, your Vendor Sign Up form. I found that you have not connected your form with the Stripe payment integration. Can you please connect with your Stripe account? You need to select the Live mode in order to receive the payments. If you connect in the test mode you won't receive the payments. Test mode is for the testing purposes only.
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
