is there a way to tell how much time on average it takes to complete a form if there are enough submissions? I seem to remember seeing it in the past. let me know if this is possible and had access

Hi George,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can capture the total time that a user took to finish your form using the Timer widget. Let me show you how to add it:
- In the Form Elements window, go to Widgets.
- Search for Timer and add it to your form.
- Click on the Wand icon next to the widget to change the settings.
- You have the option to display the timer or hide it.
- Click on Update Widget.
If you need to get the average time, you can download your data as en Excel file and set up a formula to get the average time for all the submissions. Let me show you how:
- In the submission table, click on the Download All button on the upper right side.
- Select Download as Excel.

Yes, you can also refer to the form analytics for the average time to complete forms. You also have the option to customize the date range of the target submissions:
