Hello,
I hope you are well. I need to add a link to a form so it cannot be submitted without a payment.
Here is the form
https://form.jotform.com/233477968531166
This is where the person will pay
https://giving.parishsoft.com/App/Form/65e7a082-6316-4ac4-8bb2-d4f0166d826f
Is there any way to link this payment form to the JotForm so that the Jotform cannot be submitted without payment? Or a suitable workaround?
I would appreciate any help you could provide.
Many blessings,
Kim Jackson

Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In my attempt to find a solution, I have implemented a workaround. I've added a Single Choice element to confirm payment completion. If "No" is selected, the submit button will be disabled, accompanied by a warning message. Additionally, I've included a Paragraph field for the payment link. Here's how I've set it up:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
- Under Basic, drag and drop the Paragraph & Single Choice element to add it to your form.
- To add your Payment link, click the Pencil icon next to your Paragraph field, then select Insert or Edit Link, and paste your Payment link.
Now, we'll create conditions: if users select "No," the submit button will be disabled, and a warning message will show.
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
- Click on Conditions on the left, and click on Add condition.
- Select Enable/Require/Mask Field.
- Now, set up the conditions. You can copy my conditions as shown below.
- Lastly, click on Save.
Here's my result:
Here's my demo form. You can clone it to test or inspect.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
