Need help with if then question set up. For example, if parent is registering 3 kids additional Kid 1, Kid 2 and Kid 3 questions are visible. But if parent is only registering one child, then only Kid 1 questions are visible.

    Thank you,

    Daneea

    Hi Daneea,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For this, we can use the Show/Hide Fields condition. Let me walk you through it:

First, we need to add a field that'll determine the number of children to be registered. I'd suggest using the Single Choice element:

    • In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element button in the left part of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, look for Single Choice element.
    • Drag and drop it just right above the Relationship to Child field (or anywhere you prefer, but make sure that it should be before the child registration part).

    • Click the gear icon right beside it (if the Single Choice Properties panel still isn't showing).
    • Under the General tab, change the Field Label to Number of Child to Register (or something similar).
    • Then, under the Options tab, set 1, 2, 3 in the Options section.

    Now, we'll set the conditions.

    • Still in Form Builder, in the top-orange navigation bar, go to Settings.
    • In the left panel, click on the Conditions tab.
    • Click and choose Show/Hide Fields.

    • Then, follow the same steps above in adding the Show/Hide Fields condition, and set it following the guide below. Don't forget to click on Save once again.
