Asana Integration: Not All Showing Up Based On The Selection

    Our integration with Asana for the "division" is not showing up when people select Rarity, only when people select Hunters, even though both are options on the form and on Asana.

    Hi Catherine,

    Can you please check  if the Asana integration is set to ensure that both divisions (Rarity and Hunters) are properly mapped to Asana? If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of the mapped fields with your mapped fields for us to investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Thanks for the screenshot. Can you also send us the screenshot of the fields from Asana so we can check if their field types are the same and compatible? This guide will show you how to do that.

    this is the division section of my asana. everything is filled out properly

    Hi Catherine,

    Have you made any changes made on the form, particularly to the Division field? If yes, then it can break the integration. Can you try to remove the integration and add it back again? This will help in refreshing the connection between the form and the integration. Also, make sure that the fields that you mapped supports the data from Jotform.

    Hi Catherine,

    I checked the option on your form that connects to the Division field in your Asana and saw an extra white space for the Rarity option, which may have caused the problem. Can you try to remove the white space? After that, reintegrate your Asana again and see if the Rarity option now reflects your Asana account.
