Can we add link to the submission as a form field

Hi,

I've integrated jotform to hubspot but I will need the user in hubspot to quickly click into the original submission in hubspot to review an image upload. Is there a way to insert a link to the submission as a field?

Meaning not a link to the original form like the widget that's a available but a link to the actual prospect submission form.
