How to increase a font size on the original PDF document?

Hello on my W9 Form how can I increase the font size to my original PDF it fit, not perfect but better?

I don't want to use individual boxes because it'll mess up a integration I'll be doing later and also constantly errors for the person trying to fill it out

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can change the font style and size of the PDF. Let me walk you through it:

Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.

In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on the Styles tab.

Hover your mouse over the Font Size, and increase the size.

Unfortunately, there is no any option to change the font size on the original PDF, you can increase a size of the fonts in the PDF editor when you create a new PDF document but not on the original PDF document. Let me share the screenshot below:

So that you will be able to receive the PDF document with the increased size with the original PDF document. You will need to attach it in the notification email. Let me show you how:

1. In the Smart PDF Forms Builder, in the blue navigation bar, click on the Settings tab at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach a PDF to the On position.
5. Select the PDF file you have just created. That's it.
