I have tested my form by responding myself only to find that the answers to the drop downs do not show anywhere in the submission data.
Is there a trick to seeing this - or setting it up on the form so the responses are visible when submitted?

Hi Victoria,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. Can you please duplicate the Input Table field in the form and see if the issue persists on the duplicated field? Let me show you how:
- Select the Input Table field and right-click on it.
- Click the Duplicate option from the menu.
