Did we lose silver discount pricing?

    Hello,

    We didn't realize there was a signature limit. We only need signatures from new customers, and accidentally switched to Gold to keep having the form run before figuring out the solution by creating different form types.

    Can we please get the silver pricing promotion again after paying the prorated Gold plan for this month? This was a large expense for our small growing company due to a misunderstanding, and you'll win our loyalty for years to come if we can get the promotional pricing we got for the spring sale back once more.

    We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this. About the Spring Sale discount, this is actually a one-time thing only, so it's expected that your recurring renewals for your Silver subscription after this sale will be at regular pricing.

    While we cannot provide the discount again, as a courtesy, our team refunded the recent upgrade you did to Gold. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days before it's credited back to your account, depending on your bank's policy.
