How to download form as a PDF?

Hello,

Is it possible to create a form and then download the form as a template? I understand it can be downloaded after information has been submitted, but can you download the blank form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can download your form and print it for offline submissions. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on PDF in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the Download button.

4. In the Fillable PDF Editor, you can adjust how the form will look.
5. Click on the Download button at the upper right side.

If you change how the form will look like under the Fillable PDF Editor, it will affect your actual Web Form. As a workaround, you can clone your form before making a Fillable PDF copy of it and the design will stay on your original form.
