    Hello,

My Form JRG Item Request has a hidden field Status (internal use only). When a form is submitted it sends an email to a specific person who follows the edit form link to completes the form.

I need the Status (internal use only) to be visible when he follows the link to edit the form.

    Hi alohasupport,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Showing the hidden fields only when the edit link is being accessed is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, add a Get Form Page URL Widget from the Widgets tab in the left panel menu.Show/Hide Condition: How to show a specific field only in the edit link? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    2. Then, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click Conditions from the left panel menu.
    3. Next, click on the + Add Condition, and select Show/Hide. Show/Hide Condition: How to show a specific field only in the edit link? Image 2 Screenshot 51
    4. Finally, follow this conditional logic:Show/Hide Condition: How to show a specific field only in the edit link? Image 3 Screenshot 62
