How to show custom options based on the user's answer to another question?

I want the user to select an option from the Single Selection menu.

Then, depending on the option they selected, I want the next fields to only pertain to that selection.

Basically I am making a return / warranty sheet.

If they select "return" I want x, y, z (return only) fields to appear.

If they select "warranty" I want a ,b ,c (warranty only) fields to appear.

    Hi Tucker,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use Hide/Show conditional logic to show the next question based on the user's response to another question. Let me show you how to do it:

    • First, add your fields for the return or warranty selector. Add two separate fields for the options for warranty or return.

    • Add a Show/Hide Conditional Logic:
    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top of the page.
    2. Click on Conditions on the left.
    3. Select Show/Hide Field.

You can apply the same method on your form.
