Form design does not reflect the form

I have edited my form with my logo and specific background colours and it keeps disappearing. How come?

For now, I've cleared the cache of your form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, do you happen to be using the mobile app or the browser app? Also, can you provide us a video of the issue? You can use Loom or Youtube and send us the link for it to view.

Hi Lindsay,

Your form's theme appears to be outdated. This is why when you style the form, it disappears. You can choose a different theme so that you do not have any issues when editing your form. This will make sure that any changes are reflected in the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, open the Form Designer by selecting the Paint Roller icon in the upper-right corner.
2. In the Form Designer pane on the right, go to Themes at the top.
3. Select Default Theme, and click Use Theme.
