Hi hustlefastpitch1,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked our system, I saw that you did not exceed the usage limit for the Starter plan account, so when your subscription expires on June 24th, 2024, you will not lose a single piece of data. As a backup, you can simply download your submissions before your subscription expires. This way, you can be certain that you will not lose any data. Let me show you How to Download Your Submissions:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
You can also check our Pricing Page for the full details of the usage limits for each subscription plan, and check our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage Limits to know what each of the limits means.
Also, your account is set up for a recurring payment, which means that your subscription will auto-renew on June 24, 2024. To avoid this from happening, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the term. This way, you still have access to your Gold subscription until June 24, 2024. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue canceling your plan. You can also check out our guide about How to Cancel your Subscription.
Let us know if you need any more help.
