    Hello,

I understand I have the free form, however, I don't get a lot of submissions every month and I do remove the ones I don't need anymore. How did I reach my limit space and how do you free space so I can continue to use?

    Hi lilbigcakes,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotfort Support. The Monthly Submission limit is the submissions your account can receive every month and deleting it won't free up your Monthly Submission limit. When I reviewed your account, you reached the Upload Space limit. When you receive a submission that has an uploaded file, it will consume your Upload Space limit.

You can free it up by purging the submissions after you delete them. I suggest downloading your submissions before purging them. We have a guide on How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotforms Table.
    2. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
    3. Select Trashed entries from the menu. How to free up Upload Space limit? Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 10
    4. In the Trash menu on the right side, select the submission you want to delete and click on Delete Forever.
    5. Then select Delete in the modal. How to free up Upload Space limit? Image 3 Screenshot 62 Screenshot 21
