Not receiving Authentication Codes

    We need immediate assistance with our account. Specifically, we are not receiving the authentication codes to log in and it is hindering our services for our residents. Additionally, we continue to get this popup message asking to change or remove our email address. We have already changed the email once and now the new email is getting the same message.

    Please contact us ASAP to resolve this.

    Hi HeartlandManagement,

    Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I checked your email, and I was able to confirm that it is on the Bounce List. The bounce list is a list to which an email address is added when an email can't be delivered. It could be due to a non-existent/inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist.

    We successfully removed your email from the bounce list. You can check out this guide about How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues.
