Hi Nana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account's usage limits, and it seems that you are currently at 103.28 MB, which exceeds the 100.00 MB upload space limit for the Starter (Free) plan. You can also verify this on your account's Usage page.
When you reach the upload space limit, you can delete and purge the form submissions with file uploads, and the upload space will be available again for new submissions. Upload space is normally used by the files uploaded through the File Upload element in the form. Here's how to free your upload space:
- In Jotform Tables, select the entries you want to delete using the checkboxes in the first column of the table. You can also use the Select All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the table to select all the entries if you need to delete all submissions.
- Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
- Then, In the confirmation dialog, click the Move to Trash button.
- Next, to permanently delete or purge the trashed submissions, click the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
- Select the Trashed Entries option from the menu.
- In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then click the Delete Forever button.
- Finally, click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

Hi nanaaba,
Thanks for using Jotform. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how to do that:
To delete a specific submission:
- In your Jotform Tables, just open the entry’s menu in the first column.
- Click Move to Trash.
To delete multiple entries:
- You just need to choose the entries using the checkboxes in the first column.
- Then select Delete in the upper-right corner.
- Click Move to Trash once a pop-up message displays.
To delete filtered entries:
- Click Filter next to the search field.
- Configure and apply your filters in the dialog. Please see How to Filter Entries in Jotform Tables for more details.
- Select the entries to delete from the results. Check our guide on Deleting Multiple Entries.
Now, to permanently delete trashed submissions:
- Open the main tab’s menu in the upper-left corner.
- Click Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, choose the entries to delete.
- Click Delete Forever and confirm.
We also have a guide on Deleting Form Submissions Automatically and Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
