Why is my account suspended?

    I have one form that my clients fill out, a Pre-launch form. I do not ask for credit card info or anything like that. Please help me to get my account reinstated.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Ready for Launch Property Form that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.

    If you agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete these three offending fields mentioned above, we can go ahead and lift the suspension on your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    hi - this is wifi login info, like network and password. It's not personal
    information. we're property managers for short term rental, and know how to
    access the wifi is standard.
    If you must lift the fields to unsuspend my account, please do. but it is
    very silly to suspend my account for a wifi login.
