Daily Digest Still Shows Jotform Logo

    I received the daily digest for the coffee order form in my email this morning, it still showing the Jotform logo even htough I paid to upgrade so it wouldn't. Please tell me how to fix this.

    Hi cmgnh2015,

    Thanks for using Jotform. I’m sorry that this is happening. Let me walk you through how you can remove that:

    1. Go to your Account Settings.
    2. Then scroll down to Jotform Branding.
    3. Turn off Show “Powered by Jotform” on my forms.

    4. Go to your Autoresponder emails and remove the Jotform branding at the bottom.

    Hi cmgnh2015,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Jotform logo on the Digest Emails you will receive will always be visible, despite being in a paid plan because removing Jotform branding is applicable to the forms.

    The point of paying for WHITE LABELING is to REMOVE JOTFORM BRANDING. I pay for white lableing to show my branding, not yours. That's false advertising. White labeling means that your logo should not appear on any forms.

    Hi cmgnh2015,

    The "no branding" option is only applicable to the forms. Unfortunately, this does not yet include some of the emails received or sent. You can remove the Jotform logo from the notification emails by editing the actual template for your Email Notifications. White labeling is offered with our Enterprise Subscriptions, and fill out the form on this page and one of our team members will get back to you.

    The plan that I paid for clearly says "NO Branding". Please fix this right away. All email forms and communications attached to the form that I created, including the daily digest, should in fact have my own branding as that IS what you advertised and is what I paid for.

    Hi cmgnh2015,

    Unfortunately, removing Jotform logo in Digest Emails isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
