How to Add Recipients in the Form?

    How can I make it where other team members get an email when someone completes the form I created.

    Hi my20pearlz,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add your other team members email address to receive a notification when someone completed your form. However, multiple recipients are available for paid users because Starter Plan is limited to one recipient only. You must upgrade your account, and once you do. You can easily add additional recipients to the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Email Notification template and click the Pencil icon.
    4. Go to the Recipients tab. Here you can change the Recipient Email or add more emails.
    5. Click Save to save your changes.
