How to Delete the Information I Submitted in the Form?

How do I delete all of my personal data from this site?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address, and it appears that you completed a form. The only way to remove the information you entered in that form is to contact the form owner. You can contact the form owner via the email you received to request that your information be deleted from their end.
