How to download all Form URLs in bulk at once?

Hello! My organization is migrating to Enterprise, and our admin has requested all of my form URLs. I have around 60 forms right now. Is there a way to download all form URLs in bulk at once? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to download all Form URLs in bulk at once. However, you can try to download your form on your My Account Page. Let me show you how:

1. Click your Profile Avatar.
2. On the dropdown menu select Settings.
3. Select Data on the left side menu, and click the Download My Data button in the Export Data section.
4. Then the Export Data window will appear, +Create New Export.
5. Select the Time Frame of the Data and select the checkbox of the Forms then click Prepare to Download.

Thanks for using Jotform. You can download all your form URLs in bulk at once by using the Export Data feature. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Once you are logged in to your account, hover to your Avatar and click your name.
   
   
2. Then select Data on the left panel.
3. Click the Download My Data button under the Export Data row.
   
   
4. Next, click the Create New Export button.
   
   
5. Select the time frame in which you wish to export data. All Time is the default. You can choose from multiple options. Check the image below for an example:
   
   
6. Lastly, select which data to export, and click the Prepare Download button to start the export process.
   
   

It should show you the progress after clicking the Prepare Download button and it will be like the image below:

If you have a lot of forms, uploaded files, and submission data, please note that the time it takes will depend on the total size of your data. Give it time to finish.

Downloading the Data

All requests that have been processed are listed in the same window. In each row, it will show you all the data has been prepared.

Finally, hover your mouse over the requested data and click the Download button to get the zipped data on your device.

You can also download the data through the notification email sent to your registered email address.
