We need to add a second administrator to the House of Ruth account. How can I accomplish this?

Hi Berry_Mamie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to sub-users? If so, sub-users are no longer available for our current paid Standards Plans (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Adding users is only available on Enterprise. You can reach out to our Enterprise Sales Team on this page.
However, if the House of Ruth account is already an Enterprise. Please check this guide on how to add an admin to Jotform Enterprise.
