How to Set Up Conditional Actions in Zapier Based on JotForm Submissions?

Hello everyone,

I’m using JotForm with Zapier and need some help. I have a form with a Yes/No question, and based on the response, I want to:

• Submit the form on page 7 if the answer is "Yes"
• Submit the form on page 8 if the answer is "No"

How can I set up Zapier to perform different actions based on which page the form was submitted from? Any tips or examples would be greatly appreciated!

I do research on this integration I found many integrations on this site https://easyaiz.com/zapier-integrations/ but i dont found this integration.
