    Hi Eric,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The data is sent to my webhook site. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I also cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

You can resubmit the form to trigger the webhook. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. Go to the Submissions Table.
    2. In Jotform Tables, use the search bar in the upper-left corner to find the entry you’d like to edit. For more information, see How to Filter and Search Submissions.
    3. Once you’ve found the entry, click Edit Entry. Once you are in the form, click the Submit again. Webhook not submitting Image 2 Screenshot 41

We also have a guide explaining How to Edit Submissions Made on Your Form that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello

I am still facing inconsistent issues on sending data to my webhook sometimes it sends and sometimes it does not.

Kindly assist if there is any permanent solution to this and if i can also clear my cache regularly as a preventative measure

    Hi Eric,

If you want to clear your forms' cache you can do it from your account settings. Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on your Profile Image and select Settings.
    2. Scroll down and click on the Clear Cache button.Webhook not submitting Image 1 Screenshot 20

As for your intermittent issue, you can try to remove the integration and set it back again. This may help to solve this kind of issue.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

    Hi Eric,

We do not have a facility to host a webhook(A php script).

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
