How to limit selectied option to a specific duration?

I want to create a parking system

Where Resident have to register their vehicle and select a parking number

Condition I would like to apply is a timer (4hours) , when 4 hour is done another car can now register to that parking # but not before that

Currently, our available timer widgets only track the total time submitters spend on the form. So, it's not possible to select a parking number, time the selection, and limit its availability to a specific duration.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
