Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you disconnect your Square account and reconnect it in the integration to see if that resolves the issue? Let me show you how:- In Form Builder, click your Product List's Gear icon to open Payment Settings.
- Click the Gear icon at the top to open the integration settings.
- Click the Connected button and select Reconnect.
- Then, click the blue Connect via Square button to connect your Square account.
