CashApp Integration: Payment Error II

    I'm getting a "Payment Error II" message when I try to register for my conference. Thanks.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you disconnect your Square account and reconnect it in the integration to see if that resolves the issue? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click your Product List's Gear icon to open Payment Settings.
    2. Click the Gear icon at the top to open the integration settings. 
    3. Click the Connected button and select Reconnect.
    4. Then, click the blue Connect via Square button to connect your Square account.
