Form is Missing on my Account

Hello,

I published a form and linked it with my square account. I have submissions and orders but I cannot find the form on my account and cannot see any submissions. This has never happed before when I have used jotform.

Here is the link to the form I published and have had orders, but the form, orders, and submissions are no where to be found.

I wonder if I started the form and mis-typed my own email address?

The two email address I use are timberlymiller@outlook.com and timberlysbooks@msn.com

The forms you are looking for are in the account associated with your Gmail address, not Outlook or msn. To access the form submissions, you must first login to the account using your Gmail address. If you don't remember the password, you can reset it. Let me take you through it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
