The email notification of submitted form is not coming through

    Good day, please can you assist. The history is saying that the email has been sent, but we are not receiving the email confirmation of the submitted form.

    Hi Candice,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've also checked the email logs and I can see that the emails are being sent out. If you are not receiving them, I suggest checking your spam box. I also checked your email address in the bounce list but it does not appear there. Additionally, it is a good idea to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contacts lists. I also suggest Whitelisting Jotform IP and Domains with your email provider in case they are blocking the emails.
