    Not receiving completed and submitted forms from new customers.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to confirm, are you saying that the form submission is not saving to your Jotform Tables? If yes, I've checked your submission table, and the last submission was on April 15th. Could you confirm if someone filled out your form today, or when was the most recent? If you can also explain a bit more about the issue, we can help you better.
