I am a web director for a company that develops and sells SaaS services.
I would like to embed an automated quote form on the product website using Jotform.
For example,
Basic plan: A=$100/month, B=$300/month, C=$1,000/month
Number of accounts: $10/person
Options: A=$30/month, B=$20/month, C=$45/month, D=$100/month, E=$50/month
I would like to have a rough estimate displayed on the form as I select items such as
Example)
Basic plan: B
Number of accounts: 30
Options: A, B, D
Total cost: $300 + $10*30 + $30 + $20 + $100 = $750/month
If possible, it would be better if we could see the current price each time we go through the form instead of the last screen. Is it possible to implement such a form in Jotform?

Hi Kazu,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to create such a quote form that calculates the price based on the selected options. You can add Single-choice elements with calculation values and a Form Calculation widget to calculate the total. Let me show you how:
Let's add Single-choice and dropdown elements for plan, options, and number of persons.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Add a Single-choice element to show your plans.
- Click on the gear icon and then under the Options tab, add the products under Options.
- Toggle the Calculation values to the On position and add the amount for each plan.
- Add a Dropdown element for the number of persons.
- Click on the gear icon and then under the Options tab, add the quantity under Options.
- Toggle the Calculation values to the On position and add the amount for each quantity.
- Add another Single-choice element to show your options.
- Click on the gear icon and then under the Options tab, add the products under Options.
- Toggle the Calculation values to the On position and add the amount for each plan.
Now, let us calculate the final Score for all questions.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Widgets tab.
- Search for the Form Calculation widget, and click on it to add. Let's label it as Total.
- Click on the Wand icon.
- Click on the Add Field button and select the single-choice and dropdown elements.
- Finally, click on the Save button.
That's it. Now the form will calculate the total price according to the selection in single-choice and dropdown elements. Check out the screenshot below to see the result:
Here's the demo form that you can clone and test.
I moved your other question to a new thread to avoid confusion and helped you with that here.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your quick response.
Thank you for your prompt reply.
It looks like I can implement it this way.
I will try it later.
