    Hi

I have been trying to integrate jotform with Airtable. It works at times but fails sometimes, and I am not sure what the issue is. I contacted support when I first experienced the issue, and they advised me to ask the support team at Airtable. I did, and they cannot assist me as they only deal with issues related to their platform. Could you please help?

    Hi Injini,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked one of your forms Monthly Reporting_Cohort2, and I found that the reason why some submissions aren't being pushed to Airtable is because of an 'Invalid permissions, or the requested model was not found. Check that both your user and your token have the required permissions, and that the model names and/or IDs are correct.' error in the Action Logs.

When I checked further, I wasn't able to find any issues with the integration. All of the fields seem to be mapped correctly. The issue could be related to the Table settings in Airtable as explained in this document. Can you confirm if all the settings in Airtable are correct? Also, Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? Does this only happen when certain selections are made on the form?

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
