Hi Rodel,
Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. You'll need to log into your account, go to the account settings page and disable the below settings on the Account security page:
But your account is suspended due to the form Odoo Checklist that's collecting passwords and the emails within the form also has the word password, which is a phishing word as per our Terms. To activate the account, we'll need to delete the password fields and the emails from your form.
