Enterpise : Account reactivation request

    Dear Jotform,

    We have made the neccessary transaction. Kindly reactivate our account asap as its affecting our operation.

    Hi Esther, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that you are an Enterprise Plan user, however, it seems that you’ve created a ticket for our Regular Jotform Support.

    For any Enterprise-related issue or inquiry regarding your account or forms, you will need to reach out to our dedicated Enterprise team and they will get in touch with you as soon as possible to answer all of your questions. Let me show you where to find the request form:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Enterprise on the upper-right side of the page.
    2. Then, on the upper-right side of the next page, click on Contact Sales.
    3. Fill out the form, click on the Send Request button, and that's it.

    Dear Israel,

    Our access is down, and we are unable to log any tickets.

    We are extremely dissatisfied with our account manager, who failed to inform us about the payment issue, leaving us caught off-guard when our entire system went down.

    We have promptly worked with our finance team to process the payment and have shared the receipt, but no one is responding to our request to reactivate the platform. It has been three hours since the payment was made.

    Can you please assist us urgently?
